Is it safe?
Due to the popularity of IPL, studies around the world have been conducted to test its safety & effectiveness. With all the positive results, IPL has become extremely popular for at home hair removal as well as clinics & spas.
How long do I have to use it before I see results?
Customers usually start seeing results after 4 treatments. We recommend using your handset once a week for the first 2-3 months. Complete results will show once you have completed 12 treatments. After this period, we suggest using your handset once every month to maintain that silky smooth skin.
Do I need to wear eye protection?
No, our handset does not require any protective eyewear but we will include a complimentary pair with every purchase just in case you want to take extra precautions. The technology in our handsets use a sensor that will not pulse & light unless the entire window is pressed against your skin. With that being said, you should never look directly into the light as it flashes.
Does this device work on all skin tones & hair colors?
Our device is suitable for almost all skin tones, except the darkest. Check out our chart below to see if it's suitable for you.
For hair color, the technology works best on hair color with high levels of melanin. Therefore it doesn't show great results on grey, light blonde, & red colored hair.
What body parts can I use this on?
Our device is safe to use for your whole body, including your face & Brazilian. Just make sure to stay away from your eyes and be cautious around your sensitive areas.
Is it safe to use on tattoos?
You definitely don't want to use any laser on tattoos, but if you go around them, you'll be perfectly fine.
Can I use it right after I waxed my legs?
The technology won't really work, for the best results you should use this device right after shaving.
Can I use it if I just went tanning?
We recommend waiting a couple weeks until the tan fades. If you just used the device, you should also wait 48 hours before going tanning. You should never have any artificial tan on your skin if you plan on using our device.
Is it safe to use if you're pregnant?
There is no evidence of IPL technology being harmful on pregnant women, but as a precaution we suggest not using it if you're pregnant or still breastfeeding.
Does it hurt?
No, not at all. Most customers say that it's nothing more than a warm sensation on your skin. One of IPL's biggest advantages is that it's far less painful than other types of lasers on the market.

The technology implemented in our device doesn't allow the laser pulse to activate unless the window is completely pressed up against your skin.
Is there a warranty on your laser hair removal device?
Of course, all our devices come with a 12 month warranty so if anything happens to your handset in that time frame contact our 24hr support for assistance.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
(Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.)
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that in very small instances, we can change your shipping address within the next 3-4 hours of your order. However, any long than that, your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
When will my order arrive?
All items in store take 1-3 business days to process and shipping in the US takes 3-7 business days. If you're ordering outside the US, it can take 10-20 days to be delivered. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at Support@glensmart.com
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at Support@glensmart.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
Glens Mart is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Glens Mart will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. Glens Mart reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
